Backpack Buddies Foundation of Loudoun provides grants to local programs working working to ensure Loudoun County school-aged children have the food they need on weekends and school breaks.
BBFL began as a grassroots effort created by community members who recognized a local need and came together to address it. Today, we continue that community-first approach by raising funds, securing grants, and investing in trusted programs that understand the children and families they serve.
If your organization shares our mission, we invite you to apply for funding and join us in building a Loudoun County where no child goes hungry.

Local Programs Funded
The programs BBFL supports are rooted in the Loudoun County communities they serve. They understand the needs of local children and families and are committed to ensuring school-aged children have the food they need on weekends and school breaks.
Through fundraising and grant writing, BBFL provides the financial support that helps these programs continue and expand their work. Each program may serve its community differently, but we are united by one shared mission: a Loudoun County where no child goes hungry.
